The Workshop will be held at the National Centre for Biosecurity and Infectious Disease in Wallaceville, Wellington

In 2004 the New Zealand Government established the National Centre for Biosecurity and Infectious Disease (NCBID). NCBID is a collaboration between four agencies:

- Ministry for Primary Industries
- ESR (Environmental Science and Research)
- AgResearch
- AsureQuality

NCBID provides centralised coordination and emergency response for disease outbreaks, biosecurity investigations, chemical and biological threats and events. It is tasked with improving New Zealand's capability to safeguard human and animal health and protect the economy.

The NCBID is at 66 Ward Street, Wallaceville. Map. There is ample parking onsite.

If you prefer to use Wellington public transport to get to the venue then board a train to the Wallaceville station on the Hutt Valley line. The Wallaceville Station is diagonally opposite the venue. Map.
