GENOMICS WORKSHOP

GenomicsOnce NGS data has been collected, mapped and contigs assembled, there is still much work to do in order to answer the biological questions behind the need for genomic sequencing. Unfortunately these questions are often unique to each project. This workshop aims to teach researchers how to use common genomic tools and how to apply these tools to their own questions.

This course is still in the planning stages but is expected to be hands-on using installed and web-based software.

Dates for this two day downstream genomics workshop are still to be anounced. If you are interested in attending please contact Susan

The prerequisite for this Workshop will be attendance at either the Introduction to Illumina Sequencing Workshop or the equivalent in any NGS platform.
